I’m a certified mindfulness instructor and emotional intelligence coach with 12 years of hands-on experience in workplace wellness across Singapore’s corporate sector. My journey started as a corporate psychologist where I witnessed firsthand how chronic stress and emotional burnout were quietly destroying the wellbeing of Singapore’s high-achieving professionals. That’s when I realized we needed something different — not quick-fix solutions, but real, sustainable pathways to emotional resilience.

I’ve completed advanced training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the Centre for Mindfulness Studies and hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the National University of Singapore. Over the past 12 years, I’ve facilitated over 150 meditation retreats at Pulau Ubin and Sentosa, designed customized EQ workshops for multinational corporations, and developed burnout prevention programs that 40+ organizations now use. I don’t believe in generic wellness programs. What works for one person might not work for another — especially when you’re dealing with the specific pressures of Singapore’s corporate environment. My approach integrates three core elements: neuroscience research on stress and emotional regulation, positive psychology frameworks that actually improve outcomes, and traditional mindfulness wisdom that’s been refined over thousands of years.
